Rates

While most clients pay for therapy with some form of insurance, therapists at HBH also accept private pay arrangements. Fees range from $60.00 (30-minute session) to $180.00 (90-minute session).  The first initial session consists of the diagnostic assessment, evaluation and testing (if needed), and treatment planning at which time you and your therapist work together to determine the most appropriate goals and interventions. Insurance

HAWK Behavioral Health accepts various forms of health insurance, including United Healthcare, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, AETNA, Cigna, Humana, many EAP Plans, and some Medicaid plans. However, each provider's availability to accept your insurance may vary, and there may be times when their schedule is full. You can request to be placed on a waiting list for a specific provider.

Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover services either in full or in part. To understand your coverage better, consider asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible, and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
